Factory

Our factory in located at Kattoor in Thrissur district of Kerala state (India) where all logistic means are easily accessible. Considering the readiness to accommodate and expand to match new challenges in the industry the factory is sitting in 1.75 acres of land. Ergonomic and logistical conveniences were considered right from the design stage of the factory space for maximum productivity with superior welfare arrangements for the staff.

Machineries

Technical collaboration with manufacturing pioneers in the industry makes our plants rated among the top leaders. All equipment’s in use were procured from reputed manufactures with advanced specifications to meet future requirements. Many processes are automated for the perfection of products which helps us to reduce the manpower in a considerable manner thus the production line is safe and fast.

Laboratory

At Polysign, we are committed to provide the products at agreed quality, at agreed time. A fully equipped laboratory with advanced testing equipment is available within the factory. Our products are tested to various parameters as directed by the customers and certificate is issued with consignments on demand.

Logistics

The company provides delivery support across the globe. Regional deliveries are managed in-house for which adequate number
